Shipping and Returns Policies:

Order Confirmation.

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

Order Shipment

We will ship within two business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse using the e-mail address you provided. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order please feel free to follow up with us at orders@telisastores.com.

Damages.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you item(s) arrive damaged please send photos to returns@ telisastores.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds.

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Returns and Refunds Policy.

How To Return An Item.

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 calendar days of your purchase. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

1. Please email orders@telisastores.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to the sender address.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions.

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee.

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
